”Our Business and I.T. Teams Came Together as One”

"We wrote the vision decks. Held the workshops. Signed off the roadmaps.

But somewhere along the way, it all just… stalled. "

This didn't happen because the strategy was wrong. But because the people meant to bring it to life never actually felt part of it.

And that’s the part no one tells you: transformation can’t live on a slide deck.

"Until this week, I didn’t realise how much we were missing. Yesterday, something shifted."

We went through the The Foundry Process. But it didn’t feel like another consultancy session. It felt like we stepped inside the strategy. Like the future wasn’t being explained to us — we were living it.

It’s hard to explain, but the energy in the room was different. We weren’t sitting through slides. We were moving, debating, doing. The FlowRoom wasn’t just a space - it was like someone hit reset on the team dynamic.

People were energised, contributing in ways I’ve never seen. The usual hierarchy disappeared. Technical and business leads weren’t talking past each other - they were solving problems together.

And for once, everyone left the room with real clarity. Not just “here’s what we’re doing” but “here’s why it matters - and what I need to do next.”

What surprised me most wasn’t the outputs - it was the feeling.

The sense of urgency. The ownership. The alignment.

We’ve tried a lot of approaches before. But this wasn’t just another framework. It was a physiological experience. Multiple teams walked in in Silos. We all walked out as one team.

Today, the mood in the office is different. People are already taking action - unprompted.

For the first time in a long time, digital transformation doesn’t feel like someone else’s project. It feels like ours.
