A ranking is only as useful as the belief attached to it. Get the list right and skip the alignment, and it sits in a folder next to the last one.
Where alignment usually breaks
That is the exact pattern Ed Hays described at Siemens Digital Industries Software: decks that got presented once, generated agreement in the room, and were never opened again. The problem was not the analysis. It was that agreement happened at the presentation, not at the decision.
What FlowRoom® does differently
