We are deliberately not a body shop and not a build partner. We own the diagnostic, the scoring framework and the room. The judgement stays with the people who have to live with the roadmap.

Every recommendation traces back to a score, and every score to a named person and a written scale.
Weeks, not quarters
A diagnostic runs in weeks and a FlowRoom® takes a day. If it can’t be decided in that window, the scope was wrong.
Delivery stays yours
We are not competing for the build. Where you need hands, we introduce partners from the network rather than sell you our own.
